Join us for a retreat to welcome autumn on Salt Spring Island at the beautiful organic farm and retreat center Stowel Lake Farm. Each day will include two practices: a 2.5-hour solar morning asana and meditation practice, and a 2-hour afternoon lunar asana, pranayama, and meditation practice. This retreat is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in your practice, the teachings, and community, nourishing yourself in body, mind, and spirit. Lila will include therapeutic alignment and action in asana, deep guided meditations, as well as the energies, archetypes, and myths of both the evolutionary astrological and Tantric lenses.

During this week together, there will be a Full Moon in Pisces with the Sun in Virgo, so we'll gather for a Full Moon celebration to honor the archetypal energies of the Mystic & the Dreamer, as well as the Servant & the Perfectionist, drawing these forces together for practical and clear ways of dreaming and manifesting a life-enhancing and beautiful world individually and together.

Cost of the retreat includes organic vegetarian meals grown on the farm, use of the farm's beautiful facilities, accommodations, 2 daily practices, and an assessment with Cheyne Cameron, Lila's partner and body wizard. Astrology readings will be available for those interested, as well as massages from the talented owner of Soma Studio in Vancouver, Lori Johnson, who has 26 years of massage experience.
