Calling all yoga nerds! Geared toward intense students and yoga teachers, this class will explore how to create skillful awareness in the legs in a plethora of yoga postures. A dynamic and thorough class will include asanas that focus on the key therapeutic actions of the foot, ankle, shin, and knee, and how these actions create a balanced and sustainable practice. Come with an open mind and heart, and be prepared to geek out yoga-style!
