“Listen! the wind is rising, and the air is wild with leaves,
We have had our summer evenings, now for October eves!”
– Humbert Wolfe
Autumn is such a beautiful time of year, from the changing light, to the sound of the crunching leaves, to the chill in the air at dawn and dusk. This time of transition is perfect for gathering together with community to make food, build fires, and practice yoga. The magic associated with Fall and Samhain, the Gaelic holiday that Halloween comes from, is palpable throughout the month of October. Join us for a yoga celebration that explores opening to the inherent grace that is always available, but perhaps becomes more potent at different times of year, especially during mid-Autumn. This potpourri practice will be dynamic and balancing, giving participants tools to be fully centered and open to the magic that is available in each moment.
