300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Madhu Collective in Rossland, BC

Revolution Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance at both the 200 and 300-hour levels. We offer training programs that connect aspiring yoga teachers with their capacity to skillfully lead yoga classes and sessions from a well-informed and authentic place. Students enrolled in the program will embark upon a remarkable journey that is sure to offer deep and extraordinary transformation on many levels. Each participant will travel through the many different facets of what it means to be a modern day yoga teacher, and how to fully answer this deep calling of the Heart.

The Revolution Yoga Teacher Training Program is an opportunity for students to expand their horizons of the rich tradition of Yoga through immersion in its practice, study, and community. The program is based on a non-dual yogic philosophy that is woven into each day in practical ways, empowering students to live more fully from their innermost nature and giving them access to their own inherent wisdom and voice.

The training includes an exploration of evolutionary astrology and how it invites empowered living, teaching, and being. Topics from this lens are interlaced into the program for students to more intimately know themselves, gain access to their soul’s trajectory, become aware of their karmic patterns, and make decisions from the most clear and conscious place within. The Sun, Moon, and their cycles through the zodiac will also be themes throughout the program, giving students the opportunity to integrate the wisdom of the Cosmos into their awareness and teaching.

Mythology from different cultural traditions is brought to life in inspiring and relevant ways, exploring archetypes this lore conjures and evokes, relaying how the sacred is brought to life in each moment, and how to recognize, deepen our understanding of, and embody these teachings in daily living.

The program incorporates in-depth study of precise alignment and skillful action in fundamental asanas, and later more intermediate and advanced postures, working with clear biomechanics that create transformation from within. This provides a solid working foundation from which to build both practice and teaching skills. Effective assisting and adjusting is covered throughout the program, as well as time for practicing the teaching methodology skills being integrated, such as refined language use, observation techniques, effective demonstrations, and relaying the esoteric aspects of the practice in a practical way for modern living.

Assignments to be completed outside of the training invite students to cultivate their own authentic voice, refine their approach to the practice, and expand their knowledge of yoga overall.

This program is a wonderful opportunity for students who are seeking to deepen their awareness of the practice, as well as for those who are on the continued path as professional yoga teachers.
