Join us for our last Community Class of 2019 at the Halifax Community Center in Raleigh, NC for a heart-oriented, alignment-based, story-included, celebratory class! This finale will be a celebration of the Autumn Equinox and an honoring of the earth's gifts, as well as the blessings in our lives and recognizing their fullness. It'll also be a sweet way to reconnect with community, movement, breath, and Source in playful and powerful ways. Skillful sequencing and yogic techniques will allow participants to hone the craft of the practice with grace and presence.
